Shipping

Fireline Stitching Co. is proudly a Canadian business located in Haliburton Ontario. At this time, we currently only ship to Canadian addresses utilizing Canada Post. 

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has shipped, we will send you confirmation of shipment with your tracking number. Once your order has been received by the shipper, it is the shipper's responsibility to ensure that the order is successfully delivered to you, the purchaser. In the event that an item is not successfully delivered, Fireline Stitching Co. will work with the shipper and buyer to investigate what caused the unsuccessful delivery. 

Please note that we are a small business and we are firefighter owned and operated. As such, we aren't able to send shipments every day but we will endeavor to get your shipment out to you as quickly as possible. When your item is shipped, we will notify you.

In the future, we hope to be able to reach other markets, but currently can only ship to Canadian addresses.
