Return/Refund

Fireline Stitching Co. wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer 14 days from the delivery date to return the product in unused condition where you are eligible for a full refund. Items must be in unused unworn condition in order to be eligible for refund. 

Returns must be arranged by emailing firelinestitchingco@gmail.com subject "Return". 

Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs related to returns of products for refund.

 

Manufacturer Defects

Fireline Stitching Co. endeavors to provide quality products for those who serve their communities. If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect within 12 months of purchase, Fireline Stitching Co. will work with the purchaser to repair or replace the product at the discretion of the manufacturer. To enquire if your purchase is eligible for repair or replacement, please email firelinestitchingco@gmail.com subject "Repair". 

Please note that products that have become damaged via normal wear and tear are not eligible for repair/replacement. Shipping costs for repair/replacement are the responsibility of the customer unless decided otherwise at the discretion of Fireline Stitching Co.
